It has been a long road to get here but happy to start sharing the journey with you guys. My First Rental Property - New Income Stream! [VLOG] Unbelievable week and I am really happy to have documented it through vlogging. I had set a goal this week to film 3 vlogs (to get myself outside of my comfort zone) and I could not have asked for a better ending :) Closed on my first rental property (Subject to strata documents but things are looking good) Having an open mind as we navigate through our businesses is so critical. Literally the night before I had decided to NOT go ahead with this city as I felt the numbers just didn't make sense. Literally this morning my realtor called with a deal that fit every criteria (needle in a haystack) and within in 3 hours I had closed on it! I've really come to realize that my passion is not just teaching people business, but helping them transform their life. I was really put on the spot last night by some of my coaching students and it opened my eyes to the real impact that I have made in the last year. With that said I really feel the mental barriers I've set for myself starting to fall and clarity on how I can continue serving everyone here. I need to figure out a better upload schedule) Anyways big shout out to Brandon Nankivell for completely blowing my mind (and literally what will be 1000's on his channel in the up coming week) Short answer - quits university and films the most epic F**K YOU to living a mediocre / false life and choosing to become the happiest / most passionate version of himself!! Unbelievably inspiring for me and really hit home the fact that what I do MATTERS too. Sometimes its easy to get lost in the day to day of running a business and forget to connect with the real reason why you are doing it. POV Toyota Supra Low Boost GoPro Test + A Lamborghini Huracan - Cruise Video Whats up Youtube family! More of a test video then anything as I start to learn a bit more about filming / editing and vlogging. Currently trying to figure out the best way to film from the car / figure out audio (if you have any suggestions let me know) Using a GoPro Hero 4 with stock skeleton case and no external mic (External mic needs to happen ASAP) Found out after the drive you can connect via bluetooth and see the angle so hopefully that helps next time with framing the shot!
